Challenge
Admissions and fees lived in registers, exam results in spreadsheets, and parents called the office for every update.
What we built
A role-based school platform for administrators, teachers and parents: online admissions, class routines, digital attendance, exam and grade management, fee invoicing with receipts, SMS notifications and a parent portal showing attendance, results and dues.
Outcome
The office answers far fewer routine calls, fee collection is tracked per month and the school publishes results on time without re-typing marks.
