Challenge
Manual batch registers made expiry control and regulatory reporting slow, and staff had no reliable way to check availability across branches.
What we built
A pharmacy inventory platform covering purchase entry with batch and expiry capture, FEFO picking, near-expiry and low-stock alerts, branch transfers, prescription records and audit-ready reports.
Outcome
Expiry losses are caught before they reach the shelf, branches transfer stock instead of re-ordering, and inspections are answered with an exported report instead of a day of paperwork.
