Challenge
The client ran separate billing, stock and accounts tools per outlet, so head office only saw consolidated numbers weeks after month end.
What we built
A Laravel and Vue.js POS platform with offline-tolerant billing, barcode stock control, purchase and supplier management, role-based access per outlet and a head-office dashboard with live sales and margin reporting.
Outcome
Store teams bill and receive stock in one screen, head office reads live figures instead of waiting for month-end files, and new outlets are onboarded by adding a record instead of buying another licence.
