Challenge
Field officers recorded orders on paper and called them in, so the warehouse worked from incomplete lists and reconciliation happened days later.
What we built
A Flutter app for Android and iOS backed by a Laravel API: route-wise customer lists, in-shop order capture, offline queueing where coverage is weak, collection entry, GPS check-in and a live dashboard of orders, targets and deliveries.
Outcome
Head office sees orders and collections the moment they are captured, the warehouse dispatches from a live pick list, and management reviews route performance by area instead of by paper report.
